Return & Refund Policy
At Stealth & Stow, we stand behind the quality of our concealment decor and furniture. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we are here to help.
1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. It must be:
Unused and unassembled.
Free from scratches, stains, or damage.
In the original packaging with all hardware, instructions, and accessories included.
3. Damaged or Defective Items (We Pay Return Shipping) If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [Insert Your Store Email Here]. We will require clear photos or videos of the damage and the packaging. Once verified, we will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange for a full refund or a free replacement.
4. Buyer's Remorse or Change of Mind (Customer Pays Return Shipping) If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer need it, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Because many of our items are large and heavy furniture pieces, please be aware that return shipping costs can be substantial.
5. Restocking Fees We do not charge any restocking fees.
6. How to Initiate a Return Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on your shipping label without contacting us first.
Email us at support@stealthandstow.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the exact address of the closest return facility.
You must provide us with a valid return tracking number once you have shipped the item.
7. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
